  • Executive Assistant
    Variable

    PEOPLE’S Executive Assistant will provide personal and professional support to the COO in all functional areas. The main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. The assistant must be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with vendors to handle every aspect of complex travel logistics: private and commercial air, helicopter, chauffeurs, hotel arrangements, business luncheons, personal meals and entertainment
    • Manage personal travel schedule
    • During travel, maintain the same hours as the CEO, often getting up early to finalize details for business meetings, breakfasts and staying out late at press events or dinners with other executives and potential business partners
    • Coordinate with CEO’s spouse as well as home support staff, supporting multiple offices and homes, as well as maintaining personal vehicles
    • Attend federal, state and local meetings with Executives
    • Will be present in high-level and business-critical meetings with top-level executives to take meeting minutes and takeaways
    • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: typing reports, memos, letters and other documents
    • Coordinate and schedule on-site and off-site meetings with Executive Management and outside stakeholders
    • Answering phone calls and directing calls to appropriate parties or take messages
    • Record, type and distribute meeting minutes
    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems
    • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
    • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
    • Must be able to develop and maintain a filing system

    Qualifications

    • 5-10 years administrative support experience
    • Associates Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
    • 25% of travel
    • FBO- private airport experience (preferred)
    • Available on weekends

  • Product Specialist
    Variable

    PEOPLE’S Product Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to medicinal patients and adult users. The Product Specialist offers extensive cannabis knowledge including but not limited to consumption methods, health benefits, medical implications and impact, identifying and analyzing strains, remaining current regarding popular trends as well as provides recommendations based on consumer needs

     

    Responsibilities

    • Retain all products and strains on menus
    • Educating consumers (e.g. product features, health benefits, pricing, exc.)
    • Handle all customer-related questions, inquiries, and orders
    • Sale referrals, cross- sell products and introduce new products depending on customer needs
    • Accurately use and maintain the POS system
    • Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
    • Responsible for accurate reconciliation of cash drawers
    • Receive payment by cash and issue accurate change and recipients
    • Arranging merchandise to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment
    • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store

     

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of sales experience
    • Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry

  • Inventory Control Clerk 
    Variable

    PEOPLE’S Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands. The Inventory Control Clerk must be able to count and record all inventories and enter in a main database while minimizing excess supply.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Receive incoming product upon delivery
    • Responsible for ensuring that inventory follows applicable state regulations
    • Track all inventory including flower, pre-rolls, topicals tinctures, edibles, concentrates and accessories
    • Responsible for assisting and tracking recalled products
    • Conducting inventory reconciliation with sales reports
    • Perform regular/ unscheduled compliance audits
    • Comply and update inventory tracking when industry guidance, regulations, or laws are changed
    • Responsible for reporting noticed indications of loss, diversion, or theft
    • Record and report overall facility waste
    • Discovering and reporting trends in inventory
    • Partner with the Inventory Control Manager to create and implement inventory control procedures
    • Daily restocking of sales floor inventory
    • Storage of all inventory and inventory locations
    • Responsible for the cleanliness of all inventory locations

     

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a related industry
    • Associates Degree in related field (preferred)
    • Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office
    • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

The Ambassador plays a vital role representing the brand with passion and knowledge. PEOPLE’S Ambassador offers a professional and personable first impression to all customers, vendors, and guests. This position ensures that all calls, visitors and communications are routed appropriately. The Ambassador must be highly motivated, friendly, personable and calm under pressure.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Greets visitors as they enter and leave the store
    • Checking validity of government issued identification, MMID card and medical recommendations for all customers
    • Communicate with customers with a positive attitude
    • Answering and directing incoming calls
    • Daily compliance with state/ local regulations
    • Keeping up with store procedures and rules
    • Performs light administrative duties
    • Builds professional relationships with customers, vendors, and employees
    • Keeps receptionist and work areas clean, organized and presentable in a brand- appropriate manner
